Refund policy

At Lymphoma Out Loud, each item is made to order just for you. This approach helps us minimise waste, reduce overproduction, and support sustainable fundraising efforts.

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind (for example, selecting the wrong size or colour).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want every supporter to receive their items in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

Email us at info@lymphomaoutloud.org and include:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible — at no extra cost to you.

 

Cancellations

Because our products are produced on demand, orders enter production very quickly.
We can only cancel or make changes within 2 hours of placing your order.
